SHIPPING FAQS

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days after it is mailed, this does not include production time. We are a print on demand service, where products can be shipped out quicker we will always aim to do so however, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a 3-5 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How can I change or revise my order?
Once an order is made, it cannot be revised.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. We complete an extensive quality assurance process to verify that all of our products are in excellent condition prior to shipping. If your order is however damaged, please contact CustomsExclusivesOriginals@gmail.com and ensure that you are able to provide evidence.

My item was stolen, how can I get a refund?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Queries will need to be raised directly with the delivering courier.

I gave an incorrect address, can I get a refund?
If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted.

What happens when my order is returned to sender?
Once your order is returned to sender, we will contact you via email to the same email address provided, however for redelivery a postage fee will be applied.
